If it is not in stock, we will locate it, new or used and make it available to you as long as it is lawful for you to purchase and possess it in your City, State, or Community. (It is the buyers’ responsibility to know what he or she may or may not purchase.)

Copy complete information regarding your Rifle, Pistol, or Shotgun (Make, Model, Caliber, Barrel Length, New, Used, etc.), and email us using the link provided, with the as many of the details as possible, including the link to web site that you visited.

We will email you with our very best price for the firearm(s) you have selected. The quote that we will send will include delivery to a Licensed Firearms Dealer (FFL) that you specify in your City and State. You are under no obligation to accept our quotation and we encourage you to buy elsewhere if our prices are not the best.

We will ship anywhere in U.S., except California, Massachusetts, Hawaii, New York City, and Chicago. Buyer pays all shipping, insurance and handling costs. Buyer must make arrangements with a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) Dealer to receive the purchased firearm and make the transfer in accordance with Federal and State laws and regulations. We will then ship to the licensed FFL Dealer that you designate. (See "Legal" below for additional information)
Once shipped to your Dealer, the firearm is Sold and may not be returned to Maccabee Arms Ltd., for any reason (even if the buyer fails to pass the mandatory records/background check for purchase). The Buyer is responsible to verify that this item is legal to own and possess in his or her place of residence.
We accept Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks, MasterCard, VISA & American Express cards. Personal and Business Checks are also accepted. Orders paid by Check will be shipped after the check has cleared our bank and the funds have been credited to our account. Because our prices are already heavily discounted, we must add a upcharge of 4.8% when paying by credit card.
WARRANTY: All new firearms sold are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. In some cases, there may be an extended warranty up to lifetime warranties provided by some Manufacturers or Distributors. Maccabee Arms Ltd. does not provide warranty exchange services. For warranty service, the buyer must contact the Manufacturer or Distributor in accordance with the terms of the warranty provided to the purchaser. Used firearms are sold as-is, with no warranty whatsoever. All used firearms are visually inspected by us prior to being offered for sale. While we would never sell a firearm that has an obvious defect, it is the responsibility of the buyer to have any used firearm purchased, examined by a competent Gunsmith and declared safe to use before operating.
DISCLAIMER: As a precondition of purchasing a firearm from Maccabee Arms Ltd., the Buyer agrees to release Maccabee Arms Ltd., from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item.
GENERAL INFORMATION: No international sales. All used firearms should be inspected by a certified gunsmith prior to firing. Always wear eye and ear protection when shooting firearms. Most ammunition contains lead, a substance which has been determined to cause Cancer and is otherwise hazardous to your health. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded. Maccabee Arms reserves the right to refuse to sell a firearm to anyone at our discretion.
MILITARY DISCOUNT: Any Active Duty Military, a member of the Active Reserve, National Guard, or any Veteran who has been awarded the Purple Heart, the Bronze Star or higher, or who has been adjudicated at 50% or more service-connected disability (authentication required) is entitled to an additional 5% discount on any purchase over $400.00 (less Shipping & Handling) unless the discount would place the purchase below Dealer's cost in which case the item will be sold at Dealer's cost + $25.00 to cover processing.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: Due to the draconian procedures mandated by the California Attorney General which were effective on July 1, 2008, regarding the sales of firearms from out of California Dealers, we will no longer sell any firearms to residents of the People's Republic of California.
ILLINOIS
CUSTOMERS: Ammunition sales to FFL
dealers only. No ammunition sales to C&R licenses. No firearms sales
to Chicago including Cooke County. An Illinois FOID card must be on
file for C&R Licensees to purchase C&R firearms. Check for other Local
& State laws before ordering.
MASSACHUSETTS
CUSTOMERS: No sales of ammunition
or High Capacity magazines to anyone. FFL Dealers may purchase handguns
that are on the MA approved for sale list. No sales of rifles which
accept high capacity magazines. A copy of your FID class A or B license
is required for a C&R license holder to purchase a C&R firearm.
MARYLAND CUSTOMERS:
We will sell used handguns manufactured prior to 1/1/85 as well as all
Curio and Relic handguns to dealers only. No High Capacity Magazine
Sales exceeding 20 rounds. Check for other Local & State laws before
ordering.
NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS:
No CETME sales. For a C&R license holder to purchase a C&R rifle. A
signed written certificate on a form prescribed by the Superintendent of
State Police, which identifies the purchaser, their address and FID or
dealer number, and states that they are not disqualified from purchase.
No C&R handguns to C&R license holders. No High Capacity Magazine Sales
over 15 rounds. No Ammunition Sales to Consumer Residents of NJ as State
Law Insists that ID be Presented in Person. No sales of firearms which
accept hi-capacity magazines. Check for other Local & State laws before
ordering.
NEW YORK CUSTOMERS:
We will ship C&R and used handguns to 01 FFL licensees only. A copy of
your State Handgun Dealers License must be on file. NY City Dealers must
have the appropriate city licenses, No Ammunition Sales to NY City.
Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
WASHINGTON DC:
No Sales of any products.
CONNECTICUT:
No C&R pistol sales to C&R licensees. Check for other Local & State laws
before ordering.
WASHINGTON STATE:
No sales of machine gun parts or parts kits.
Hi-Capacity Magazine Policy:
No magazines with a capacity over 10 rds. to CA. or MA.
No magazines with a capacity over 15 rd. to NJ.
No magazines with a capacity over 20 rd. to MD.
